New Year's Eve is an upcoming romantic comedy film directed by Garry Marshall.[2] Like Valentine's Day, Marshall's previous film, it depicts a series of holiday vignettes of the state of several romances.

Production
The film was due to start filming December 2010 but was delayed to a February 2011 start in New York. Second unit was due to be shot in Times Square over New Year's.
